When you submit an inquiry or booking form on our website, we collect: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size, and tour preferences. We do not collect payment information through this website.
We use your information solely to: (a) prepare and send your customized Tibet tour itinerary and quote, (b) communicate with you about your booking via email or WhatsApp, (c) process Tibet Travel Permit applications on your behalf with the Tibet Tourism Bureau.
We share your passport information only with the Tibet Tourism Bureau as required for permit processing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Inquiry form submissions are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to our email. We retain booking correspondence for the duration of your trip plus 12 months for customer service purposes.
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our Bing Translator language feature does not use cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@potalatibet.travel. We will respond within 30 days.
